I make myself readily available to provide additional support outside of scheduled sessions. Any service requiring more than 20 minutes of time — including the following — is billed in 20-minute increments:

Scope of Services Limitation:
Please note that this practice does not accept clients with highly acute psychiatric conditions or those with a history of suicidal or homicidal ideation. Such cases will be referred to emergency services or specialized providers, such as an emergency room or inpatient psychiatric care, to ensure appropriate treatment.
Insurance and Reimbursement
Please note that I am an out-of-network psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner and do not contract directly with insurance companies. A superbill may be provided for patients to submit to their insurer for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
No Surprises Act
In compliance with the “No Surprises Act” started on Jan. 1, 2022, “Good Faith Estimates” are available upon request and will be provided to all patients within 3 business days.
