I've been working with Steve for about two years. Working with him is like having a personal trainer, coach, and teacher for helping me with reach interconnected goals in life. Along with 1 on 1 sessions, he's added a community approach for his patients with optional weekly group meetings to share and discuss experience, goals, and progress together - this is unique, similar to self help communities, but I've not seen this with other therapists/psychiatrists. He's always open to discussing new ideas for therapy and is a nonstop resource for self help tools, clinical research, and new products and approaches to help improve daily health and wellness.

Steve is proactive on outreach. He takes it upon himself to check on me. Unlike other providers, Steve has the ability to align my care with my goals and ambitions. By triangulating my feedback, training program, and his knowledge, Steve ordered the tests necessary to determine I had a severe iron deficiency. Steve continues to follow up with me as we continue to test my blood to monitor the improvement. Further, the above example is illustrative of Steve's ability to treat those under his care as individuals rather than merely apply statistics based on ages, gender, etc. to determine the best courses of treatments.”

Steven has been very helpful and creative in identifying the proper medication and dosages to help my daughter with her cognitive and emotional issues. Dr. Dang is very knowledgeable and thorough about ADHD treatment. However, his busy schedule made it difficult to get an appointment quickly, which was really frustrating since it took 2 weeks compared to my previous provider. I had just lost my provider and needed to get evaluated for ADHD urgently. While I felt the session was comprehensive and he gave his full attention to my ADHD concerns, I wish there were more availability. He definitely needs to hire more people as it took forever to get an appointment.
